Again, every client’s project is a little different, but in general, some things that every client can typically expect are…

• Personalized working sessions

  • These sessions might be something like learning how to use some software you need or planning a workshop you’re hosting. They’re recorded sessions and designed to be digestible so that you don’t get too overloaded.

• Expert technical guidance mixed with healing

  • I was in the tech world for a couple decades (and was around it for most of my life, thanks to my mom), but I am first and foremost a healer.

  • The result for you, my client, is an interesting mix of the nuts and bolts information you require to do your daily work mixed with healing whatever is in your way from a technology perspective.

• Finished project(s)

  • Whatever the “finished project” is to you, that is what we will make sure gets completed.

  • Because technology is often intermingled, every client I have had so far has completed a couple projects as we completed their larger goal.

• Continued support after the project

  • I don’t simply hang you out to dry when your project is completed.

  • If you have questions or if something goes wrong, you can always contact me, and we will get together to find a solution.

  • Once you’re my client, I am always here for you.

There is no time limit from my perspective.

During our initial consultation, we will estimate a timeframe for finishing and include any deadlines that are important to you.

We will continue to evaluate where things are as we go, though, because progress happens at its own pace. I will be with you every step of the way, making sure that you’re comfortable with what is happening and the pace.

My process is to teach you how to use the technology you need instead of just doing it for you.

By doing things this way, you prove to yourself that you are capable of learning and using the technology you need for your business.

This also means that YOU can be in control of the technology for business.

I believe that EVERYONE can learn the technology they need. There are so many user-friendly options out there, so I’m sure that we can find something that will work for you.

Working sessions take place on a regular cadence (typically weekly), and we meet via video chat (like Zoom) so that we can more easily talk and show each other what is on our virtual screens.

During the sessions, we work through anything that is standing in your way, and I teach you tricks and tips, based on your needs.

You only need whatever device(s) you plan to do your work from. For many people, this is a laptop of some kind, but it doesn’t have to be. Part of what I do for you is to help make the technology that you have work for you.
